Guten Tag. Leider habe ich Problemchen beim Installieren der CD. Auf dem recht neuen Laptop läßt sich zwar alles nötige installieren, nur starten läßt sich das Programm nicht.
Die Tourenvideos können abgespielt werden. Beim Starten der Software erscheint lediglich das rote Emblem kurs auf dem Bildschirm - um sich aber gleich wieder zu verabschieden.

Woran liegt das wohl ??

Hallo Peter Trunk,

bitte schicken sie mir ihre genaue Konfiguration (welches Windows, (32 Bit/64 Bit), welcher Ergometer...). Am besten auch gleich die Datei mtbsimulator.log (die finden sie über Start->Alle Programme->mtbsimulator->mtbsimulatorwork) mitschicken. Alles an die mail(ät)mtbsimulator.de. Dann schau ich mir das gleich an.
