Hallo Renato Hast Du nicht gefilmt? Das mit den Krämpfen ist doch beinahe normal. Ich hatte 2010 beim LBS Albstadtmarathon schon nach 10 von 86 km Krämpfe ,weil es über 35° war. Trotzdem konnte ich 20 Min herausfahren. Wahrscheinlich daher auch die Krämpfe. Ich hoffe wir sehen uns am 13.5.14 im Albstadt beim Gonso zur Deutschen Ärzte-und Apothekermeisterschaft. Ziehe dann mein Schweizer NationalTrikot an Ron will auch kommen. Wird guter Film. Kommt noch jemand zum filmen? Das Rennen ist mit 44 km bei schönem Wetter super fahrbar. Guter Trainingszustand in 2 Std machbar. Hoffe bin bald wieder fit. Muss wahrscheinlich zur Bruch Op. Gruß Johannes

Sali Johannes Nein ich habe nicht gefilmt, habe wohl mit dem Gedanken gespielt hab es aber dann sein gelassen. Ich habe es geplant am Gonso Albstadt MTB Classik teil zu nehmen. Ich habe darum extra eine Woche Ferien eingegeben da es auf den Fahrplanwechsel bei uns in Unternehmen einen Unterbestand von ca 15 Lokführerern geben wird. Dieser wird sich sicher auch nicht so schnell ausgleichen lassen was dazu führt dass man eher Freitage hergeben muss als mann bekommt (Ferien sind Fix ) Aber das Datum ist doch 30.05.2014 - 01.06.2014 Werde natürlich das Nationaltrikot mitnehmen und auch die GoPro . Alles gut für die OP, hoffe nichts schweres. Gruss Renato

Hallo Renato Bist Du auch bei der Bahn? Ich bin allerdings bei der Projektierung? Am 30.5. sind schon Rennen der Profis. Am 31.5. ist dann Die Deutsche Ärzte-Apothermeisterschaft zeitgleich mit dem Gonso. Und nachfolgend ProfiRennen U17-U21. Am 01.06. ist dann der Weltcup mit vielen Spitzenfahrern. Vielleicht auch Nico Schurter. Am besten bald Zimmer buchen. Es wird voll. Wann willst Du anreisen? Strecke vorher besichtigen?? Sonst noch jemand Lust????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Albstadt ist wieder dabei!! Zum zweiten Mal wird die Weltspitze der Mountainbike-Szene in Albstadt an den Start gehen: vom 30.05 bis 01.06. 2014 treffen sich die weltbesten Mountainbiker beim vierten Lauf des UCI MTB World Cup 2014 auf der schwäbischen Alb, um sich in den Disziplinen XCO (Cross Country) und XCE (Sprint) packende Duelle zu liefern. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Die Startnummer am Gonso ist Eintrittskarte für den Weltcup am 01.06. !!! Sali Johannes Ich arbeiter bei der THURBO AG (Tochterfirma von den SBB) als Lokführer im Regionalen Personenverkehr. Ich weiss noch nicht genau ob ich schon am Donnerstag oder erst am Freitag anreise. Bin am abklären ab wann man auf den für das Rennen eingerichteten Campingplätzen reserviren kann (Albstadt-Touristik konnte mir noch nichts sagen) , komme dann mit meinen Wohnwagen. Habe mal die halbe Strecke von deinem Video abgefahren, werde sobald ich Zeit habe die ganze Strecke (zwei Runden) mal fahren. (Video läuft im MTB-Sim ohne Probleme). Schon mal vonrneweg alles Gute für die OP. Ich werde sicher ab dem 28.10.13 hier an den Onlinetrainings wieder mit machen, macht immer viel Spass Kettrace werde dann sehen wie es passt. Gruss Renato
