Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mich zum Beispiel für die Alb-Gold-Sport-Trophy Kurzdistanz am 6. Oktober angemeldet.. Bin noch auf der Suche nach weiteren nicht zu schweren Bike-Marathons.

Hallo Ralf

Wo wohnst Du genau,dass Du AlbGold fährst? Ich wohne in Kornwestheim.
Ich habe in Albstadt auch ein Haus und bin an Pfingsten den GonsoClassik gefahren.
Das sind rund 1000Hm auf 44 km und nicht zu schwer wenn es nicht matschig ist.
Pfingsten habe ich bei Matsch 2:17 gebraucht. Letztes Wochenende bei super Wetter und mit besserer Form 1:54.

Der LBS Mara am Wochenende war sehr schwer.

Frohnstetten im September mit 59 km ist auch klasse. Oder Veringendorf im April.

Machst Du auch selbst Videoaufnahmen? Ich will nächstes Jahr beim Gonso mit einem Schweizer und Holländer das Rennen aufnehmen.
Machst Du mit????

Hi Johannes,

vielen Dank für die Infos. Werd ich mir mal im Internet anschauen.
Ich wohne ganz in der Nähe vom Fernsehturm.
Selber mache ich keine Videoaufnahmen. Die 1000 Hm sind mir etwas zu heftig. Ich habe leider immer noch 100Kg und die müssen erst mal den Berg rauf gebracht werden. Bin eher so der nicht extreme Fahrer mit null Fahrtechnik. Ist also nicht für mich. Aber vielen Dank!

Am kommenden Sonntag bin ich wieder beim Keiler-Bike Marathon in Lohr am Main unterwegs (Mittelstrecke). Vom SCR sind wir fünf auf der Mittelstrecke und viele auf der Kurzstrecke. Da die anderen alle Cracks sind, komme ich wohl als Letzter von uns an, macht aber nix, da ich auch der Älteste bin.
Aber drückt mal die Daumen, vielleicht hänge ich ja doch einen Kumpel ab ;)

Hallo Ralf

Du kannst beim Gonso auch nur 22 km 500 Hm Kurzdistanz fahren.
Denke Albgold ist nicht anders.
Wenn Du willst kannst mich mal besuchen und wir fahren den durch. Du bist doch fit und den fahren noch schwerere

Übrigens ist der Albgold oft sehr kalt und matschig. Viele fahren den deshalb nicht mehr

Vielleicht kann Bruno den Gonso mal einstellen.

Um 11.00 fahre ich am Fernsehturm vorbei Richtung Alb.

Mein Saisonhöhepunkt ist auch schon vorbei. Bin die Kurzdistanz (53 Km, 1300 Hm / http://www.iron-bike.ch/home.html ) am Iron Bike in Einsiedeln gefahren. Es war etwas Trockner als im letzten Jahr und konnte mit meiner Zeit vom 2012 im ersten Startblock starten. Ging zügig ab nach dem Start, nahm dann schon etwas Tempo raus aber nach etwa dreiviertel der Rennenstrecke machten sich leichte krämpfe im linken Oberschenkel bemerkbar und ich musste es bergauf etwa lansammer angehen lassen. Wollte mich natürlich gegenüber 2012 verbessern, wurde nichts draus habe mich am Anfang halt vom Rennfiber mit reissen lassen, habe 3 Minuten auf die letztjährige verloren. Bin aber zufrieden mit der Zeit da ich am Schluss nur noch auf den flachen Strecken schneller fahren konnte. Bin 2014 natürlich wieder am Start, gute Atmosphäre immer wieder hat es Zuschauer an der Strecke die einem anfeuern, schöne Strecke teilweis etwas technisch anspruchsvoller aber machbar.

Dazu kommt im Mittelfeld konnte ich natürlich das MTB-Simulator-Tricot viel besser präsentieren :lol:.

super Leistung! Da hast du doch ca. 200 Mann hinter dir gelassen - und ich freue mich immer über jeden Einzelnen (besonders von den jüngeren Teilnehmern!) :)

Und danke für die prima Werbung! Ich habe mir grad auch deine anderen Bilder angesehen: Es wurden ja etliche Bilder auf der Strecke "geschossen".
