Ich habe mir vorgenommen bis zur Jahresmitte auf 100 Kg zu kommen und werde hier regelmäßig über meine Erfolge berichten.
Ich hoffe mit diesem Beitrag auch anderen Mut zu machen, das Projekt "Ran an den Speck" durchzuziehen.
Wenn ich mein Ziel erreicht habe, werde ich mich mit einem geilen MTB belohnen. :D
Hier noch ein paar Eckdaten von mir.
Mein Ausgangsgewicht war im Januar bei 116,5 Kg. Am 19.02.2012 habe ich mit dem Ergometer-Training angefangen. Seit dem 29.02.2012 nehme ich auch am Online-Trainig teil. Ab dem 05.03.2012 habe ich auf Trennkost umgestellt.

Klasse Ralf!
Sollst mal sehen, wie fix sich die Ernährungsumstellung bemerkbar macht.
Das Diagramm ist natürlich nicht schlecht.
So ne "öffentliche Bekantmachung" hat was verbindliches.
Jetzt gibt es kein zurück mehr.

Ich glaube, ich müßte auch noch ein paar Kilo purzeln lassen.
Ich hatte Losglück und konnte einen Startplatz für den Ötztaler Radmarathon ergattern.
Für sonen Alpenmarathon bin ich eigentlich noch zu fett.

Ich gebe es ja nur ungern zu....
muß Claus aber uneingeschränkt Recht geben.
Zusätzlich erhöst du den Druck auf dich selbst.
Denn wenn man schon son teures Kracherbike im Keller stehen hat, muß man es auch nutzen.
Der innere Schweinehund läßt sich leichter erschlagen, weil son Bike macht echt Spaß
und das schlechte Gewissen plagt einen in dem Preissegment.
Ergo fahren bei schönem Wetter ist megahart!

Da stimme ich euch zwei zu. In der Bude fahren wenn es draußen schön wird ist richtig Scheiße :!: Aber ein paar Kilo müssen schon noch runter. Eine deutliche weitere Abwärtstendenz möchte ich schon noch sehen :twisted:
Es ist schon komisch wenn ihr zwei mal gleicher Meinung seid. :D :D :D
Fährt morgen einer?
Wird hier im Sommer auch noch gefahren, oder im Forum geschrieben?

Hallo Ralf,
im Forum wird bestimmt noch geschrieben. Die Onlinetrainings gehen jetzt noch bis Ende April, dann wird vermutlich kaum Interesse mehr sein.
